I love trying out new things, new foods, places and anything to help maintain my well-being.
I’ve always been a fan of the camomile tea but I’ve introduced two more herbal teas to my life.
Here are my 3 favourite herbal teas;
They all have natural ingredients so it’s full of the good stuff 😃💕.
This tea makes me feel so relaxed and helps me sleep. It’s a long time favourite 😊.
This is my go to Tea for when I need a kick. It gets me going and it’s so tingly lol. It’s great to just inhale the steam while it’s brewing. It has a strong taste at first, but with every sip it gets better.
This is my new favourite 💕. It makes me feel good. It tastes wonderful. Tastes and smells of lemon. If you’ve ever smelt lemon grass you’ll love this tea. It’s just divine.
I like to have one tea bag a day of each brand of tea.
I also like to brew my tea for up to 5 – 7 minutes for a stronger taste.
